Accommodations
The convention will be held at the Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center. Our group's rate is $99/night for a room (two double beds). Call 518-668-3081 to make your reservation. Reservations must be made by May 20, 2012 to guarantee this rate.
For those who would like to camp, the Lake George Battleground Campground is within walking distance of the conference center. You need to book early (9 months to the first day you wish to camp) as there are only 68 campsites (avoid sites 1-7 as they are close to a road).
The Lake George RV Park is about 5 miles from the conference center and a mile from the Coleman Factory Outlet.
The Heartstone Point state campground is less than 3 miles north of the conference center at 3298 Lake Shore Drive (NY Hwy 9N), Lake George. There are 251 tent and trailer sites; the camping fee is $22.00.
