Area Attractions

Coleman Factory Outlet - located 4 miles south of the convention hotel on State Route 9.

Fort William Henry - next door to our convention hotel, the reconstructed fort is on the site of the original fort that was built by the British during the French and Indian War in the 1750's.

The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom - Six Flags - a 140 acre theme park located at 1172 State Route 9, Queensbury, 5 miles south of the convention hotel on State Route 9.

Water Slide World - a water park located at 2136 State Route, 1 mile south of the convention hotel on State Route 9.

Lake George Post Office - perhaps a necessity rather than an attraction if you want to mail treasure home, the post office is located a couple of blocks from the conference center. Steve is collecting boxes and packing materials to help you in the shipping process.

Saratoga National Historic Park - located 35 miles south of Lake George, the park is an important battle site in the Revolutionary War.

Fort Ticonderoga - played a role in the French and Indian War and the Revolutionary War. This park is located 41 miles north of Lake George at the southern end of Lake Champlain.

Adirondack Mountain Club - is headquartered a couple of miles from our conference center at 814 Goggins Rd., Lake George. This is the place to visit to learn more about hiking opportunities in the region.
