The convention will be held at the Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center located at 48 Canada Street (Rte. 9), Lake George, New York 12845.
Lake George is 50 mi north of Albany, NY, via I87. Albany International Airport (ALB) is here as well as access to I90, the major regional east-west highway. Bob Rowe, a friend of the Millers from Queensbury, has offered to help members of the club by bringing people who arrive at Albany airport and don't want to rent a car to Lake George. Once people get to Lake George there will be a trolley car to take them to the venues or most things are within walking distance and you can catch a ride with another ICCC member to the Coleman outlet store. Lake George is 225 mi northeast of Boston, MA, home of Logan International Airport (BOS), via I90 and I87.
Lake George is also 225 mi north of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), via several interstate highways.
Once you’re in Lake George you can walk or take a trolley to almost all area attractions.
Return to Main Pages convention is for you too. If you are anything like me you don't want to drive by yourself in a strange town looking for things to do without your spouse. Well this beautiful village was set up for you. Once you arrive at the Fort William Henry you will never have to step foot in your car. Most everything is within walking distance, or ride on one of our friendly trolley cars, but if you decide to drive most everything is on one road Rte 9. How easy is that! We've listed all the activities that you can within this picturesque village. There is so much to do or if want to read a book by the pool overlooking the Lake. When Steve & I decided to host this convention I agreed to do it with YOU in mind. My husband may be the light of my life, but I'm not into Coleman lanterns. I want to make your trip here a fun one. I'm working on a day trip aboard one of our steamships for a tour of Lake George. Your children or teens will love Six Flags Amusement Park or Water Slide World. We can take in a day of shopping at the outlet & lunch at the Logjam restaurant. Then in the evening enjoy Lake George's nightlife with your spouse & the rest of our group.
